Vista Set to Join Oceania Cruises Fleet

Joining the Oceania Cruises fleet in 2023, the Vista represents a view to the future for the boutique cruise line.

Oceania Cruises has named the first of two new 1,200 guest Allura Class ships set to join its growing fleet in the coming years. The Vista is being constructed by Italian shipbuilder Fincantieri S.p.A. and will set sail in 2023, followed by a sister ship in 2025.

Named to reflect the dawn of a new age in travel, Vista will exemplify all the hallmarks of the Oceania Cruises experience that guests have come to expect, delivering world-class cuisine at nine outlets, exceptionally personalized service with two staff members for every three guests, a warm residential ambiance, and several unique firsts for the brand.

Cruise lovers can expect to be wowed by the new ship’s dramatic and glamorous public spaces, which include The Grand Dining Room, which soars almost two decks in height and pays homage to the “beautiful age” of early 20th-century Parisian society through its contemporary interpretation of Belle Époque.

The vessel’s inaugural voyages will go on sale in September 2021.
