River cruise company VIVA Cruises will offer a host of itineraries on three refreshed vessels in 2021.
Two of VIVA Cruises’ most popular ships, MS Treasures and MS Inspire will be sailing exclusively for the young river cruise operator in 2021, and under its banner will be renamed as Viva Treasures and Viva Inspire. The ships will be sailing popular itineraries on the Main, Rhine and Moselle rivers year-round.
Additionally, MS Robert Burns will be renamed Viva Moments. The ship, built in 2018, features 88 outside cabins – most of them with French balconies – and four suites with balconies and will sail on seven- and 16-night itineraries on the Danube River. As the launch of Viva One, Viva’s first new-build ship, has been pushed back to 2022, Viva Moments will take over all her planned voyages this year.
All three ships will be given a fresh new look using Viva Cruises’ recognisable blue colours, and will join other vessels such as Viva Tiara, the company’s very first owned ship, which started sailing along the Rhine and Danube rivers in June 2020.
All 2021 itineraries will include Viva’s Checklist – the health and safety measures introduced in light of Covid-19 – and Viva Cruises’ signature Viva All-Inclusive product, which includes snacks, full board, high-quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, minibar, beauty products from luxury cosmetic brand Rituals, Wi-Fi and all tips and gratuities.
