Paspaley by Ponant is preparing for the launch in January of transformative experiences aboard the 30-guest expedition yacht Paspaley Pearl.
If you’ve always wanted to explore the most remote regions of Australia, Indonesia or Melanesia, but didn’t want to share the experience with the crowds of a conventional cruise ship, you’re in luck.
The new boutique yacht Paspaley Pearl will feature a new immersive level of expeditions when operating through East Indonesia, The Kimberley and Papua New Guinea. Venturing into some of the most pristine, wilderness and protected areas on our planet, Paspaley Pearl and her team of 21 crew, including four expedition guides, will provide guests with the option of immersing themselves within ancient cultures unaffected by western influence.
They will also encounter wildlife rarely seen or encountered, like whale sharks, Komodo dragons, birds of paradise and crocodiles and be able to snorkel or dive in the most bio-diverse areas of Raja Ampat in Indonesia, the Rowley Shoals in Australia or Tufi in PNG.
The partnership of pearl producer Paspaley and cruise line Ponant will also open new and exclusive Kimberley experiences that capitalise on the pearl brand’s more than 80 years of exploring the Kimberley coast.
